Free demonstration · drive it yourself

Put your own company on it, then break something.

Type your company name. Issue a new revision of a document. Then look at what happens to the QR code on the copy already printed and hanging on the wall — because that is the whole point of the system, and it is impossible to explain in a paragraph.

This is a demonstration, not a trial. There are no accounts and nothing to cancel. Your company name stays in your own browser — it is never sent to us and nothing here is saved on our side.

What is real here and what is not. The QR behaviour, the Green / Amber / Red logic and the document structure are exactly what the paid system does. The project, the work fronts and the crew names are made up for the demonstration, and your company name is only on your screen. This does not create an account, does not give you the document library, and there is nothing to cancel.

Questions

Is this a free trial?

No. Obras Onsite does not run a trial, and there are no accounts, logins or subscriptions to start or stop. This is a demonstration you drive yourself. If you want something real to keep, the free Obras SWMS sample is a complete Australia-wide document, yours permanently.

Where does my company name go?

Into your browser and nowhere else. It is not sent to us, not stored on our servers, and not attached to anything. Close the tab and it is gone. Press Start again and it is cleared immediately.

What does the QR code actually do?

It opens the document’s record: which revision is current, whether the copy in your hand is still valid, and who owns it. In the paid system that record lives against the document and updates the moment somebody issues a revision. In this demonstration the same information is carried in the link, so it works without an account.

Do I get the document library from this?

No. The demonstration uses one example document so the control is visible. The library is the paid product.

Can I show this to my crew or my builder?

Yes, that is what it is for. Put your own company name on it and walk them through it. Nothing you type is visible to anyone else.

One document. The real thing runs every document on the job.

Every SWMS, permit, register and ITP carrying its own code, its own revision and its own owner — rolled into one board that answers the only question that matters at 6am: can this crew start?
