You cannot fix what nobody has named. Most sites have a rough idea that "the paperwork needs a tidy-up", which is not actionable and not a priority list. The health check turns that feeling into a short, ordered list of things that matter.

• A system review: SWMS, registers, inductions, permits, plant and competency records.
• Evidence against every finding — what was sighted, where and when.
