What is your site control score?

Twenty questions about how your job actually runs — not how the manual says it should. You get a score out of 100, a Green / Amber / Red across the five things that decide whether a project holds together, and the one gap costing you the most.

What the score is, and is not

It measures one thing: how much of your site runs on a system rather than on somebody remembering. A job held together by three good people is fine right up until one of them is on leave. It is a self-assessment, not an audit. It has no legal standing, it is not evidence of compliance, and nobody at Obras sees your answers — they stay in your browser.

The score is a snapshot. The Control Room is the live version.

Obras runs these five pillars continuously across every work front — compliance, production, delivery, leadership and commercial — and rolls them into one board that answers whether the job can run today.
