Trade Handover Gate

The control that makes sequencing stick. Three signatures, in order, on the same phone - outgoing declares, supervisor verifies, incoming accepts. The completed gate is stored locally on this device with a record number. It is not automatically sent to Obras Onsite. No gate, no zone entry.

STEP 1 · OUTGOING TRADE DECLARES

Our work in this zone is complete to spec - nothing left unfinished. The zone is cleared - our materials, rubbish and plant are out. Any defects or incomplete items are listed and declared to the supervisor.

STEP 2 · SUPERVISOR VERIFIES

Hand the phone to the supervisor

I have physically walked this zone after the declaration. The declaration is true - work complete, zone cleared, defects captured. The predecessor gate is closed - the zone is ready for the next trade.

STEP 3 · INCOMING TRADE ACCEPTS

Hand the phone to the incoming trade

I have inspected the zone and accept its condition. Any damage my crew causes from here is on us - existing damage is noted now. My crew takes custody of this zone from this point.
