Confined Space Rescue SWMS

Which jurisdiction?

Every Obras SWMS is one national core with the jurisdiction resolved on the cover: the Act, Regulation, regulator and code named in section 5B come from the Obras jurisdiction library (JL-1) for the jurisdiction you select.

Inside this SWMS

• the activity broken into steps, in the order the work happens
• hazards identified against each step, controls set out in the order of the hierarchy of control
• numeric risk rating before and after controls (Obras L × C methodology)
• high-risk construction work identified where it applies
• plant, equipment, PPE (required / conditional / specialised), competencies, licences and permits
• hold points, a site-specific / unexpected-hazards section and an emergency and rescue procedure matched to the principal hazard
• jurisdictional requirements table (section 5B) — the Act, Regulation, regulator and code for the jurisdiction on the cover
• consultation, monitoring and review sections, crew sign-on register, document number / revision / approval block and the Obras QR verification band on every page
