Digital products

Our products are digital downloads (Word and PDF files) delivered instantly. Because they're delivered immediately and can be copied, we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind once a document has been downloaded.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

• is faulty or corrupted and we can't fix it in a reasonable time;
• is significantly different from how it was described; or
• doesn't do what we said it would.

If something's wrong

If your file won't open, is corrupted, or you bought the wrong item, contact us at support@obrasonsite.com.au within 14 days with your order details and we'll make it right - usually by re-sending the file, swapping it for the correct one, or refunding where required.

What we can't refund

• Change of mind after download.
• A document that you've edited and decided you no longer need.
• Not making the document site-specific or not having it reviewed/signed off - that part is your responsibility (see our Terms).
