1. Who we are

This website is operated by Obras Onsite ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@obrasonsite.com.au.

2. What we sell

We sell digital document templates - Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), trade packs, checklists, registers, plans and policies - delivered as downloadable Microsoft Word and PDF files.

3. Your licence to use the documents

• When you buy a document, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use and edit it for your own business and projects.
• You may add your own logo and details and use the document on your sites.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence or share the original templates as a product, or pass them off as your own templates for sale.
• We retain all intellectual property in the original templates.

4. These are starting-point templates

Our documents are professional starting points only. They are not professional work health and safety advice. You are responsible for editing each document to suit your specific workplace, tasks, plant and conditions, and for having it reviewed and signed off by a competent person before use. You are responsible for complying with all applicable WHS/OHS laws.

5. Delivery

Documents are delivered electronically (download and/or email link) after payment is received. It is your responsibility to download and save your files.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and may include or exclude GST as shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any document is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, a document that has not been properly tailored to your workplace and signed off by a competent person.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
