Copyright Policy

What you can and can't do with the documents you buy.

1. Ownership

All documents, templates, text, layouts, designs, graphics, code and other material on this website (the "Content") are © Obras Onsite, unless otherwise stated. The Content is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and is owned by us or used under licence. All Obras Onsite documents are original works created by us.

2. Your licence when you buy a document

When you purchase a document you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • Download, edit and brand the document with your own logo and details;
  • Use it for your own business, workers and projects, across as many of your own sites as you need.

3. What you may not do

  • Resell, on-sell, sub-licence, rent or distribute the original templates (edited or unedited) as a document product;
  • Share, publish or upload the templates to any public library, marketplace or file-sharing service;
  • Pass the templates off as your own templates for sale, or claim authorship of them;
  • Remove or obscure our copyright or brand from the master template (your completed, site-specific document is yours to use).

4. Our own sources

Obras Onsite documents are clean-room original works. Where we reference WHS legislation, Codes of Practice or Australian Standards, those references are factual citations and remain the property of their respective owners (e.g. the Commonwealth, Safe Work Australia, Standards Australia).

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on this site, email us at support@obrasonsite.com.au with: (a) the material concerned, (b) proof of your ownership, and (c) your contact details. We will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.

6. Enforcement

We actively protect our copyright. Unauthorised copying, resale or distribution of our templates may result in suspension of your licence and legal action.
