Every document you buy must be reviewed and edited to suit your specific workplace, tasks, plant, materials and site conditions, and signed off by a competent person before use. You are responsible for identifying the hazards on your site and for complying with all applicable WHS/OHS Acts, Regulations and Codes of Practice in your state or territory.
Buying or using our documents does not create any advisory, consulting or professional relationship between you and Obras Onsite. We do not assess your workplace and we do not approve your completed documents.
For high-risk construction work (e.g. work at heights, confined spaces, excavation, demolition, asbestos, cranes and lifting), you must ensure the controls are appropriate to your actual task and that all licensing, permits and statutory requirements are met. A SWMS must be prepared, kept on site and followed in accordance with the WHS Regulations.
Our VOC documents are workplace competency-verification tools and assessment records only. They are not accredited training, a qualification, or a High-Risk Work licence, and they do not replace any statutory ticket, licence or manufacturer's instructions.
While we take care to align our documents with current Australian WHS practice, we do not warrant that any document is complete, current or fit for your particular purpose. WHS laws, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards change - it is your responsibility to ensure your final document is current and correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obras Onsite is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or cost arising from the use of, or reliance on, our documents. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
