Our brand, our systems and how they may be used.

1. Our intellectual property

"Obras Onsite", "Obras Onsite", the Obras Onsite shield-and-hard-hat logo, the tagline "Built by construction leaders. Not consultants.", our document-coding system, page designs, product structure and all related materials are the intellectual property of Obras Onsite, whether registered or unregistered. This includes copyright, trade marks, trade dress, database rights and know-how.

2. Trade marks

Our names, logo and taglines are our trade marks. You may not use them in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation, or that could cause confusion, without our prior written permission.

3. The Obras Onsite system

Our document library, coding/version-control structure, role-based packs (Site Supervisor, General Foreman, Site Manager), and the Obras Onsite Command Centre concept are part of our proprietary system. The licence you receive on purchase covers your use of the documents (see our Copyright Policy) - it does not transfer ownership of the system, brand or method.

4. Permitted use

  • Use purchased documents for your own business and projects, branded with your own logo;
  • Refer to Obras Onsite factually (e.g. "templates supplied by Obras Onsite").

5. Prohibited use

  • Copying, reselling, sub-licensing or redistributing our templates or system;
  • Using our brand, logo or trade marks without written permission;
  • Reverse-engineering our coding/version system to create a competing product library;
  • Scraping, bulk-downloading or republishing our content.

6. Third-party intellectual property

We respect the intellectual property of others. Our documents are clean-room originals and do not reproduce the proprietary templates of any other company. References to WHS legislation, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards remain the property of their respective owners. 7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a free, perpetual licence to use them to improve our products, with no obligation to you.
